Regina Rainskaya - specialist in the history of philosophy, yoga instructor, artist.
She graduated from DNU department of philosophy, specialized in the metaphysics of the East. Has been practicing hatha yoga since 2003, meditative practices since 1998. She studied yoga with her parents, and also Shapoval Yu.N. (Dneprodzerzhinsk), Shelender Negi (Rishikesh), Swami Nirmalananda (Rishikesh), Shibindu Lahiri (Varanasi). Practices vipassana meditation of S.N. Goenko school. In her practice of yoga, Regina unites the styles of different masters, but the basis is the style of her first teacher of hatha yoga Yu. N. Shapoval.
Regina´s personal style of yoga classes is characterized by a constant alternation of tension
and relaxation. It presents of complex the yoga exercises (static and dinamic), concentration on
breathing and focus on the flow of the present moment (energy) . Particular importance in her
teaching is meditation and existential philosophy.
All yoga positions are just tools for meditation which help you to approach to true nature of

She has been teaching yoga since 2008.
Sofya Melkova, born in Russia, studied there music and singing. After first visiting India, fell in love with its culture and teachings and was traveling there for eight years, studying Advaita Vedanta, practicing meditation, yoga and kirtan. She is a certified yoga instructor with extensive experience in organizing and giving retreats. Approaches yoga as a way to prepare the body and mind for meditation and now uses her knowledge of the voice to make kirtan available for everybody as a simple but powerful way to open the heart and still the mind. "Ultimately we all look for freedom and happiness which is our true nature and can be revealed to anybody. Meanwhile we are here on the Earth to heal ourselves and the planet through liberating the body, processing and releasing our emotions and finding our voice".
