Welcome to Wild Yoga Retreat USA! We invite you to reconnect with yourself through the help of Yoga and the power of Nature. We will create a special atmosphere and together enjoy a weekend of soulful healing time in the redwood forests of northern California.

20:00 Camping fire and lectures about “What is Meditation”

7:00 – Meditation (30 min)
8:00 – 9:00 Yoga Therapy in Nature

11:00 –13:00 Tea Ceremony and discussion about Yoga and Nature
