"Yoga Adventures in Turkey"
along the magical Mediterranean coast of Turkey

The program includes yoga and meditation practice every morning, one daily trek "Lycian Way" around 5-6 hours along the picturesque coast of the Mediterranean Sea, guides, lectures on the history of the area, as well as healthy vegetarian food, philosophical discussions, soulful company and adventures.
Cost:
7 Day - 500 € (includes: comfortable accommodations, some meals, yoga program, guides, route and accommodation arrangements in advance, excursions, and lectures on the history of ancient Turkey)

Regina Rainskaya - yoga teacher, artist and tour guide. She studied philosophy at the National University of Ukraine for 8 years. Her specialization was the metaphysics of the East.
She has been practicing hatha yoga since 2003 and meditative practices since 1998. She studied yoga with her parents, and also Shapoval Yu.N. (Dneprodzerzhinsk), Shelender Negi (Rishikesh),
Swami Nirmalananda (Rishikesh), Shibindu Lahiri (Varanasi). Practices vipassana meditation at the S.N. Goenko school. In her practice of yoga,she unites the styles of different masters, but the basis is the style of her first teacher of hatha yoga Yu. N. Shapoval.
At the moment, Regina travels and organizes wild yoga retreats, also includes master classes in art therapy. She organizes yoga tours in the Himalayas, Sri Lanka, Turkey. Over the past 4 years, Regina has conducted more than 70 yoga retreats / tours around Ukraine and abroad. Erik Ossell - Avid Traveler and Travel Guide, Master Communicator/Story Teller, History Enthusiast, Political Scientist and the Owner of a Big Heart.
Born and raised in MN, USA Erik has spent over half his adult life living and travelling outside the U.S. Currently he resides in Barcelona, Spain. After earning degrees in Political Science and Spanish Language in San Francisco, California his primary focus shifted to discovering the joy in living, freedom from fear, wisdom and love. While pursuing these passions, Erik has held positions in both Bank and Guest Services Management before becoming a Professional Tour Guide and Organizer over 6 years ago.
Erik's future goals include certification as a health and wellness coach, developing workshops focused on mental health, and, along with his fiance Regina Rainskya, plan to open a boutique retreat center.
