This time I’ve joined the course after a short break during my pregnancy. Regina quickly set me on a good track returning to my pre-pregnancy shape. She also helped me organize my day with a fresh start every morning since it is pretty tough with my 1.5 months newborn. Regularly, I practice yoga by myself, but Regina’s courses help me progress in my yoga practice. When I do yoga on my own, I usually go through only my set of favorite asanas. Every day Regina adds diversity into my practice revealing my weaker spots and finds some challenging asanas. Regina feels the needs in our group, provides personal feedback, and helps advance to the next level.
