About us
Online Yoga Home provides a way into the world of wisdom, peace and strength. We offer different educational classes on yoga, meditation, mindfulness, healthy lifestyle, etc. We use the Zoom platform which means that the teacher will be able to see, hear and correct you. The equipment needed to join is simple and easy. You just switch on your computer, tablet or even your phone and prepare your space for a deep dive into the yoga practice.

My name is Regina Rainskaya - yogini, philosopher, artist, and organizer of yoga tours and wild retreats around the world. I have provided my classes online for the last 7 years and have been teaching yoga for more than 15 years.
I have been practicing hatha yoga since 2003 and meditative practices since 1998. I started studying yoga with a great and unknown teacher Shapoval Yu.N. (Dneprodzerzhinsk). Later I had found other amazing teachers: Shivananda School (Rishikesh / Trivandrum), Shibindu Lahiri (Varanasi), Ravinder Jangra (Rishikesh / Khmelnitskiy), vipassana meditation at the S.N. Goenka school. In my practice of yoga, I unite the styles of different masters, but the basis is the style of hatha yoga by Yu.N.
I invite you to my online yoga classes that have been developing and expanding joyfully now for many years.
